A message dated July 19, 2011, was received stating the Governor                                                                
read the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and                                                             
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent

    HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 9                                                                                                      
    Relating to adjournment of the First Regular Session of the                                                                 
    Twenty-Seventh Alaska State Legislature and certifying to                                                                   
    Governor Sean Parnell the disagreement between the House of                                                                 
    Representatives and the Senate regarding the time of the
